Grace Media Bingo

Grace Media no longer runs bingo sites. Its four bingo brands left the group on 28 July 2026, after Pragmatic Play, whose software powered the bingo rooms, decided to close its bingo business altogether. Three of the brands moved to a different operator and one shut down for good.

Why Grace Media stopped offering bingo

The decision was not Grace Media’s to make. In June 2026 Pragmatic Play completed a strategic review and announced it was winding down three of its products: bingo, sportsbook and virtual sports. The company said it wanted to concentrate on the areas where it leads, meaning slots, live casino, crash and RNG games, and it began phasing the others out over the following months.

That left every operator running a Pragmatic bingo network needing somewhere else to go, Grace Media included. Its rooms had been built on Pragmatic’s 75, 80 and 90-ball product, so there was no version of the sites that could simply carry on as before.

What happened to each brand

• Panda Bingo – moved onto the ProgressPlay platform on 28 July 2026 and is still trading. It is no longer a Grace Media brand.
• Chit Chat Bingo – moved to ProgressPlay on the same date and continues under the same name.
• UK-BINGO.NET – also migrated to ProgressPlay on 28 July 2026.
• BOGOF Bingo – closed. It did not migrate, and it stopped taking play on 28 July 2026.

The three surviving brands now use Playtech’s bingo product, which ProgressPlay appointed as its exclusive bingo supplier in 2025. The rooms, the ticket prices and the promotional calendar are all different from the Pragmatic versions players knew, so in practice the name above the door is most of what carried over.

What it meant if you had an account

Accounts did not transfer. Players on the old Panda Bingo, Chit Chat Bingo or UK-BINGO.NET had to register again on the new platform rather than logging in as before, and bonus balances and account settings were reset in the process.

If you held funds, or had deposit limits or self-exclusion set on any of the four brands, deal with the operator directly rather than assuming those settings followed you. Limits and site-level self-exclusion do not automatically move between operators or platforms. What Grace Media runs now

Grace Media Limited still holds its UK Gambling Commission licence and still operates its casino brands, which is where all of the group’s activity now sits.
